Scope of application:1. Cold compress: phBHical therapy for traumatic hemorrhage, heatstroke, fever, headache, toothache, itch, sprain, scald, strain, fatigue.
2. Hot compress: alleviate rheumatic pain, neural pain, sciatica, vertebral pain, improve mucous membrane scar after surgery.
Usage method:
1. Cold compress: put it in freezer or freezer (- 10 ºC - 20 ºC) for more than 30 minutes.
2. Hot compress: wrap the cold and hot bag with a slightly wet towel, put it in the microwave oven and adjust it to medium heat for 60-100 seconds. Feel whether the temperature is appropriate after taking it out. If it is not hot enough, continue heating every 10-20 seconds until the temperature is appropriate. If it is used continuously, the subsequent heating time should be controlled within 50-60 seconds (medium fire).3. Hot water heating: soak the cold and hot bag in boiling water for about 4 minutes. If the temperature is not enough, heat it for another 1 minute!
Attention:1. The hot and cold bag is only for external use. If the contents touch eyes or skin, it should be cleaned with clean water.
2. In order to prevent the temperature from being too high or too low, it is recommended to wrap it with towel or cotton cloth at the beginning of use. If you feel uncomfortable after application, you should put it down for a while before applying it. If the user's circulatory system is sick, consult a doctor first.
3. Do not deform or damage the product under heavy pressure. If it is damaged, please discard it.
